Mom's Second Marathon

Mom and her friend, Misty Thompson ran the St. Jude Marathon in Memphis on Saturday. This is everyone bundled up before the race. Our grandmother kept Sarah. It was 23 degrees and so cold out.

After the race. Mom's time was 3:46. She wanted 3:45 but was very satisfied with her time.



On our way to the car we saw Pouncer the Tiger.




A very tired, but happy Mom with her medal.

    Yes, mom does qualify for the Boston, but she does not want to do another marathon anytime soon:)
